Return Policy

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or offer refunds and exchanges except for a receipt for a damaged product.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have any issues with damaged products please contact customer service immediately within 14 days of purchase. Do not wear or use the product once you have discovered the damages.  Please email  with your Name, A Photo of The Product, and Order Number. If the product is deemed defective by, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

All lashes are handmade therefore each lash will be identical but some may differ.
