Q: Are your products cruelty-free?

A: Yes all of our products are cruelty free.

Q: How long is shipping?

 A: Once your order has been placed please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive to you. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not offer refunds for hygienic reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: What do I do if my product is damaged?

A: If you have any issues with damaged products please contact customer service immediately within 14 days of purchase. Do not wear or use the product once you have discovered the damages.  Please email support@rawskynbeauty.com  with your Name, A Photo of The Product, and Order Number. If the product is deemed defective by rawskynbeauty.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

All lashes are handmade therefore each lash will be identical but some may differ.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept either PayPal, or Bank Debit/Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Q: Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?

A: Yes, please email us at support@rawskynbeauty.com as soon as possible and we will do out best to take care of you. If we have started to process your order it will depend on where we are with your order and if it has been shipped. If the product has not been fulfilled or shipped we will do our best to take care of you.
